I found a freeway in my soul ,can’t deny my heart,

But no one ever walks the streets

where the secrets start .

The secrets of the streets I keep ,

I share them with a friend

Won’t you come and walk with me,

The freeway has no end .

The secrets of my soul it seems ,

Is where I find my hopes and dreams,

On the freeway of my heart 

is where my search must start .

Cul-de-sacs and one way tracks ,

 I walk around the bend ,

looking for a short cut home

the freeway is my friend .

 Loves a freeway to my heart

on the corner of my soul .

I’d like to meet you there my love

where the secrets can unfold .

You can meet me on the freeway

or find me on the streets

we can share the secrets that my heart never keeps.

Love is the direction where all of us must start

It always takes you there my love

to the freeway of my heart .
