Kleek-kik-ik-ik-ik

erupts from a

bald eagle’s throat

as he carouses

within the wind

layers of draught

elevating right

then left.

Eyes sharply view

a luscious fish

just beneath

a surface below--

as an arrow

he reaches

for the hunt.

great observation of this magnificent bird. I often think I'd like to come back as an eagle in another life, they are so majestic.
