Peacock proud and dressed to thrill

Strut the night streets , bold as brass.

Trip through light on heels fantastic,

tiredly queueing -all clubbed out.

Sun tattooed on small backs arching,

Golden shaded models catwalk,

Careless howling amid the traffic,

Claws concealed in cheapest furs.

Displaying multistyles and hues,

Crows and magpies, corvids all.

Pouting posing, would be wannabes,

Auditionees for You-Tube footage.

Raking at prospective rivals,

Potential partners stunned look on,

Catfights on the cobbles' icing,

Falling short of falling apart.
