What, or Who, can you lean on?

[Continuing the hymn-for-Sundays series]
Trusting in his riches –
riches fail, he’ll fall.
Trusting in the Saviour –
flourishing through all.
Earthly wealth can’t give you
what’s most valuable.
Righteousness from Jesus –
grace immeasurable.
Righteous path now followed –
thriving usefully –
valued and attractive
like a fruitful tree.
'Whoever trusts in his riches will fall, but the righteous will thrive like a green leaf.' Proverbs 11:28

our wealth
Material things can also be blessings as long as our heart is in the right place and if must be willing to leave all and follow.
We must remember always where our true treasures are, in heaven with God, things we give away prayers smiles kisses and what we bring to others, kindness comfort and happiness.
Dearly precious is obedience, as love to the Law and to God and trust in the Lord.
Study and reflection on the Scriptures both day and night. Honestly Rhiannon I wish I had your knowledge and understanding of the Bible but I know it doesn't come overnight.
