Singing Birds And Hummingbirds
By Paul McCann
The humming birds hover in a fluttering way backwards and forwards .
It’s just like a game they play, flying upside down and then around and around .
They’re out there looking for nectar everyday,
The nightingales sing in such a beautiful way and without any words they have so much to say,
to a world with no ears , much too busy today, so sad for the nightingale who just flies away .
Singing birds and hummingbirds, whistlers with wings, all feathered up in their nests ,
what beautiful things .
They weep not in sadness and worry for nothing
and what a wonderful joy to the world they bring .
.
