Our Greats

Scriptures sound

in spaces around

float to yield

the wisdom of every field

at times man intercepts it

and takes for him the credit

Newton’s apple-fall

Archimedes’ Eureka call

prove to counter any blurs

on the spells of scriptures.

Yet ignoring the spell

men proudly yell

flaunting as their invention

that exists in lord’s creation

Monks, Rishis greats few

with tapas got many a clue

to reveal wisdoms nectarous

staying often , unanimous.

Hence as incarnation of Lord

they get worldly accord.

Some by providence tap them

lucky few make name and fame

or those grab their masters

win laurels as original authors

Copy some unscrupulous

and recast it to be famous

History sings the glory anyway

but buries them on a future day.
