The home of big skies
And beautiful beaches.
Windmills dot the horizon
And marshes teem with wildlife.
The most incredible sunsets
Light up the earth.
I no longer live in this beautiful,
idyllic part of the world
But …
I was born there
I grew up there
Its earth is in my veins
When I dream of home
My heart is there
It’s in my very soul
