I don’t want to adjust to bloody algorithms ( A manifesto for the sanctity of human thought)

Computer algorithms work on mathematical probabilities not actualities and therein lies their weakness they incapable of dealing with Actual reality but rather just a theoretical model of it. So the algorithm can only detect patterns within its perimeter of Analysis or to put another way within its dataset which no matter how large cannot cover every possible possibility.
As anyone who regularly bets on Horseraces will tell you the world is a very unpredictable place.
Its definition of use are only as strong as the code in which it has been written. Therefore any signatures or biases contained within the programers thoughts however subconscious will affect and determine the analysis of the algorithm running on automatic which is it’s very function.
Anything that falls outside that definition escapes its analysis creating a logic loophole. This is a growing problem in industries were human beings are increasingly replaced by machines which however sophisticated in their programming are unable to replicate human thought or indeed make appraisals for significant outliers in datasets. Star Trek predicted these super computers running societies ( always in a Dystopian manner ) back in the 60s that were implacable in their thought processes and made no allowance for the human equation.

Agreed. It is completely
Agreed. It is completely illogical to put something which can only be logical in charge of the completely illogical which is humanity
