Definitely Maybe.

Heard some very good news this week. I was later at work in the office with my manager and his manager. I said to my manager, “Oasis is getting back together!” My manger said, “I didn’t know you liked Oasis?” I said, “Yes, there are only two groups I would like to see live, that is Oasis and Phil Collins.” Stevie said, “You have now gone down in my estimation, I didn’t know you like them!”

I said, “They are record breakers, before they broke up, they decided to hold an outdoor concert, but did wonder, if anyone would turn up! SO many people turned up and the tickets sales, sold out SO fast, it put them in the Guiness Book of Records.”  

His manager then pipped up and said, “I love Oasis!” We both looked at him, shocked with our mouths open, as he went on, “I have seen then eight times!” I said to Matty, “You have just gone up in my estimation, you are the last person, I would think was an Oasis fan.”

I looked at Stevie and said, “See, you just can’t tell, by looking at a person, what is inside their head and heart, for who would have thought, that in this office of us three, that two of us would be Oasis fans?”

They say it won’t be televised, that will make it even more desirable, for fans to make sure they can get there.

Their young life was not a happy one, with their father beating them all up, often and their Mum.

I was excited until I heard the reunion was for next year!!! That is a very long time for them to remain friends.

I hope that it won’t be Maybe, but Definitely!
