Kiss me goodbye

 
Please don't forget my friend
to kiss me goodbye 
when you leave
because I cleave
to the moments when your lips
caress my face
And I relax in 
the pleasure of 
A single warm embrace.
 
Strong arms wrapped around me...
And 
Encircling my waist.
I don't need space.
Don't make haste.
please don't waste
A single second that we have 
 
opportunity for love 
It's like manna from above.
I feel nourished.
Feeds my soul. 
I'm fed with 
Cinnamon and honey,
almost funny and suspicious
how delicious.
You can be.
Sugar and spice 
and all things nice
don't want to waste 
A single taste.
 
Hear me now, Love, and please
don't underestimate 
your kiss,
because 
each time you do
I miss...
the softness of your lips.
It's bliss...
I'll close my eyes
Don't ask why
Don't just fly
