trolls

They thrive on fear and self-loathing
They enjoy the pain that they cause
They live on words self-accusing
They want to break friendship bonds
They love the lies that they live on
They play on the trust that they break
They love to spill their vile gossip
They find pleasure in the hate they create
They don’t want to listen to reason
They don’t care about the people they hurt
They thrive on their selfish personae
They love dishing out others sick dirt
They love to see the weak hurting
They bathe in the pain that they cause
They used to be called ugly demons
But now we know them as trolls
They live on the web as vile spiders
Hidden fishermen of pain unresolved
But they hide their faces amongst us
To pretend to help heal and to solve
But when they have their munition
To break apart other folks lives
They attack with joy everlasting
They love to sneak in surprise
They twist the meaning of friendship
They break the meaning of love
They live in the dirt of their own bloody hurt
And don’t care who they drag down beside
I’ve seen my fair share of bullies
Ive witnessed the pain that they’ve cased
Ive felt the fear as it comes with tears
As the Bully gets their resolve
But the bully is just a sad bastard
Whose fear is as like my own
His words and threats are just nothing
And laughter breaks their resolve
So laugh at the bully the viscous vile troll
Laugh just laugh in their faces
Point them out in a crowd
Call them and shame them blame them and name them
Tell them that they’ve lost their sound ground
For Bullies and trolls do not prosper
In the end they will hugely fall
And their hate will simply reverberate
To break their own weak resolve.
Then find the love in your real friends
For they are easy to see
They take you there
Where you never had dared
And they will set your soul free
