SHADOWED LONELINESS

I'm drowning in my own tears,
They're cascading down my cheeks,
As my eye's begin to swell,
Then my conscience also leeks.

There is nothing I can do,
Nobody cares anymore,
They will leave me all alone,
and let my heart grow sore.

They won't pick up the pieces,
of a dead and dying soul,
They will make sure I get lost,
And then leave me in a hole.

I could hide away forever,
And throw away the key,
I've always been lonely,
So it wouldn't matter to me.
