Tonight, then, is the night
To creep and wallow in long-dewed grass
Where fungus reveals
The entrance to another world
We faeries are sly
We steal the glimmer from your eyes
And set it in our lanterns
To welcome the coming night
High moon
We circle under the stars
Entrapped by her beauty
To stumble forward
In that one moment
We are gone
And you are alone once more
With memories and doubts
Trapped in lonely breeze
Whistle between blades
