This morning I woke with bells in my head
“Oh lord! not again” my inner voice said
I’m getting tired of this disorder
Dizziness, falling, the rising nausea.
I can’t think straight, my thoughts all a jumble
Focus carefully or risk a tumble
I can’t face my breakfast, even a drink
It’s all I can do to manage to think
I’ll go back to bed, lie quiet and still
A little more sleep may sort out this ill.
All life’s tribulations, I cope with ease
Yet can’t get to grips with Meneire’s disease…
