Wheel Keep Turning
Fashions change day by day
Yesterday's flavour now turned sour
Our well-heeled children must be dressed again
I met an old dresser a while ago
He told of a world that he once knew
Where little ones were robed with skills to suit their place
The cloth must be cut a different way
The old ways cast aside
INSET is filled with how they must be attired
"These modern materials will save the day"
Our charges will now be fitted to meet the task
No more naked blundering strides
But the silky, smooth and dashing children swagger now
So I said to the dresser, why your scornful tone?
"It's like a wheel," he said
"Stand in the centre and watch the spokes spin around.
If you stand there over-long,
The end becomes the beginning, and ever on.
