A summer day
The road is closed
Now, I can freely ride my bike
Riding fast
The wind in my face
And no troublesome cars in sight
A rainy day
With radiant sun
The weather doesn't make sense
And then I say
"Nice weather we are having"
I say it under false pretense
My cousin's house
How nostalgic
In this house we grew up here
The fond memories
Those carefree days
I still remember them clear
It's 7:00 a.m.
I won't go out
I'll stay all day in my house
Listen to music
Diablo II
And the worldwide web to browse
I'm thinking of it
My future in life
What course am I suppose to take?
In the next month
I'll go to college
A decision that I must make!

So many thoughts wandering

So many thoughts wandering around the mind in this
poem, it's good that you could write these thoughts
down, I'm sure it helps to sort out where and what
to do next.
Oh! and good luck for college, whatever you decide to do.
Jenny.

I say it under false
I say it under false pretense... don't we all, what is our obsession with the weather? ;-)
What I really like about this is that you talk about inconsequential nothingness. When all that really matters is that last line. This is simple, it's not wordy or trying to be clever, it is what it is and I like that.
