All of these emotions
are so wobbly, and
they are never cautious
and they never stop and
they never think.
The only secretary is that
I can write all that I feel.
My hands can just about
support broken emotion
and tears only wet the paper
and blur some words,
Added defect
So lost and confused
by everything you do
and shock after
shock another limb
falls from my body
and shock after shock
another piece of my
heart sinks in cold
un-moved blood.
And shock after
shock I care less
and less about
me and more about
the terrible effects
that happen to me
instead of to you and
to her.
