wishing

I'm waiting for the perfect moment:
i'm waiting for the right time.
There arn't that many chances so take this one while you can.
I'm waiting for the opportunity to have a go when i don't know if i will.
the hesitance lingers on my feet: the urge pushes at my brain andi end up looking like a fool again.
They say be careful what you wish for: now i know it's true.
'cause i got exactly what i wished for but i didn't think it through.
It started out to be perfect; ended up a mess. Lets hope it wasn't that serious and was just another defect.
Making deals with the devil to get him on your side; i can tell you from first hand experience that it's just a waste of time.
