The Voice
“What will you do?” There was silence.
“What if I fail?” the voice finally asked.
“Try again.”
“And if I fail yet again?”
“Try yet again.”
“Everything you need you were born with. Now use it.”
It fell silent.
“I can think of a million reasons not to.”
“I can think of a million reasons to do it.”
Silence.
“I-I’m scared.”
“Everyone is, but you can conquer it. Conquer fear and nothing can conquer you.”
