Escape

Dwindling in idle gratitude of my own silence,
Interruption upon the observation of uncontrolled enviorment,
Cascading over the designed sanctuary that resonates violence,
Now cast into someone's attention that which I can do without,
Yet cannot for such a dead leaf on the tree of life would seem too unbecoming,
So it is that I take it upon myself to match your wounds with each verbal clout,
Contriving my conflicted nature to return within the safety within,
Seemingly attuned to healing with sun filled words,
As each passing moment of our conversations hides my sins,
Through grayish ambiguity to which is bolstered by seclusion,
For fear of harm by even the most sincerest angelic touch,
Such insensitivity cornered by a dearest friends confusion,
Awaiting to take flight and return to my truest eacape.
