He sits there.
The tears don't come, they dried up long ago.
He asks what he did wrong but no one replies.
He wonders if she ever loved him,
it's been a few hours but another man has taken his place.
He sits there waiting, asking God to explain why it happened.
He does not answer.
He looks up at the floor and asks the reaper to be taken
He does not oblige.
He sits there waiting to know why she loved him yesterday and not today.
He doesn't want his heart back, it belongs to her
so he sits there waiting.
