Sylvia,
Who is she?
My friend,
Though
Long since
Dead.

I miss her
Smile,
Her
Cheery way,

But know
She‘s
Somewhere
She must
Stay.

I'm sure
One day
We’ll meet
Again,

Our friendship
To renew

I’ll see her
Smile
And her
Cheery way

But know
This time
I too will
Stay!

Trev, I am so glad to have your comments on this poem as I was thinking of taking it down because I didn't feel I had done justice to her memory. I am sadly working on a poem for her Husband who is in the last throes of Huntingdon's. Thank you once again Trev, Moya
