I think I'll have another,
A man said to his brother,
His words spoke to the other,
Like memories from a mother,
As long the night drags on,
Until the moon is gone,
The stars fall from the sky,
The sun looks him in the eye,
Blinding pain ensues,
Another night he rues,
Another day to toil,
Till he returns to soil,
Oh what a life we lead,
Our souls consumed by greed,
As once again he drinks,
And to himself he thinks,
Is this what life is for?
I like to wish for more.
