Solid joy
Overseeing our fate
With an earnest glow,

Musing in the distance

Awaiting nightly confessions.

Too big to hug
Too heavy to ignore,
Others adapt better than i
When she deepens our waters.

I am drawn to this. The last four lines in particular are excellent. I'm not sure about line 6 to line 9. The lines don't feel as tight as the others (but that's only a personal observation - not a criticism). 

A pleasure to read. Calming even.
