A Yesterday at work...

Yesterday at work all day

I thought, shall I do overtime tomorrow?

I needed the money for

you know,

GAS

ELECTRICITY

TELEPHONE

But in the end I didn't.

I didn't do any. So

today

I was free.

I got up late

went downstairs to the shop and

collected my mail

went to see my mum.

Then on the way home it happened.

I was walking past the pub.

It was a very windy day.

Two women came out of the pub

middle-aged, respectable

and the woman on the left

all of a sudden

whooshhhhhh

her hair blew off and scurried down the street

into the road.

A big truck ran over it.

Then a man on a yellow bicycle.

You can't buy that however much you've

got.
