I'll show it, but not just on a Thursday
I'll show it Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday AND Thursday, EVERY Thursday from now, like its always been, from the start

It's always there-even during sadness-it over comes-that's why we put up with the madness

It's not just with me on a THURSDAY-once a year
It's in my cold hands stinging in the wind
It's in my eyes, looking like I'm crying, but I'm not-As I cycle quick to get you
It's in a bus stop waited for 30 minutes before getting a dreary Northern line tube, it's in that carriage still
It's in the souls of my shoes as I walk up and down Brixton Hill
It's in these fingers as they type in the early hours, so there's something for you
I've done these things, you've done them too, and I know we can both say 'it was better when I was wiht you'

It's Thursday now, the clocks gone 2, I'll say one more thing before I'm through

Valentines day come's, and it's gone fast, all I hope is that this isn't our last
