Moving to Poverty

I’d like to move to Poverty,

it sounds a booming town.

The streets are paved with bitcoin

or even NFTs.

So many people have moved there,

I hope there’s room for me

The country town of Comfortably Off

is not is not what it used to be.

The neighbours tip in small amounts,

on their yearly drinking spree:

they’ve got a place in Knightsbridge,

that’s “S-W-3”

We’d rent in Just About Managing,

but it’s beyond our budget now.

We will trust in Boris,

he’s delivered a cashless cow.

I’m sure that our down-sizing

is levelling-up somehow.
