The Moon and Stars

You are the moon,

And I am the stars.

How does one compare

The moon to the stars?

The moon is greater

In size and grace,

The stars just shine

Until they fade.

The moon is bigger,

More eminent,

While the stars are smaller

And insignificant.

Just like the moon,

Precedes the stars,

You will always be better

For I am broken and full of scars
