Anyway

Anyway when you do see the light and realise what is the truth, you understand that the light is just the spectrum of colours, spectrum? That is that? Everything is on a spectrum, in all ways, but they are all ultimately the same, and nothing in themselves, alone. Only defined by their differences to the rest of the colours combining to create the light, and therefore the one is nothing without the REST ..But then it makes me sad that this will make no sense to me tomorrow, and that, at the moment I don't realise it.

It's probably why olympians don't stand when they can sit and will sit when they can't lay down, the rest, they say, will always do you well.
