So the body's going mad,
The aching bones don't make you glad.
What is going on? we ask,
Now that's the next real serious task.
To realise that years have passed
Is no solution that will last.
We must go on, the years go by.
Keep going, that's the reason why.
So when the joints aren't working well
The body sounds a warning bell.
The knees and ankles start to swell
And life becomes a living hell.
And then the wrists and shoulders start
The pain begins just like a dart.
The fingers stiffen more and more
And those that don't are oh so sore.
Thus finally what can we do?
There's no solution, up to you.
You can only do your best,
To pass this painful, nasty test.

Rather sobering a well jay3143, acts as a portent for some and a mirror for others. Unfortunately, for me, it's the mirror :-(. Good job and thanks for sharing it. Congratulations on the cherries too by the way.
