Slaying Dream Devourers

A lot of trolls sure swallow people's dreams
A lot of beasts do drive you to despair
But sometimes you can conquer trolls in teams
If you succeed in finding mates who dare

It's not a cinch to find a friend who shares
Your drives and passions, hopes, ambitions too
A chance do give him, your friend who dares
Your journey surely will be not as blue

I do love movies and so does my son
He surely wants a lot of fame himself
Consider goals, I'll say we are as one
He can depend on me as on himself

As long as I live son you'll see for sure
I'll slay the trolls to make your dreams secure
