My Twin Towers Poem

An attack on the city,
A plane through the air,
Crashed into the tower,
Killing everyone there.

This shook the world,
Brought it to its knees,
As flightless angels,
Fell to the earth.

The burning the chaos,
The collapsing towers,
The sea of people,
Running from Death.

Crying and shrieking,
Smoke in the air,
Alarm bells ringing,
The fire is building.

Never shall we forget,
That fateful day,
The innocent are dead,
But their memory shall live on.
