After much
Deliberation
Cogitation
On rejuvenation
I have decided
To avoid
Industrial sandblasting
As a cosmetic aid
When I get older
And start to feel
A little frayed

I have earned my lines
And learned them well
They rest there
As a prompt.

Ah J, yea verily, there exist a multitude of ancient and crusty tomes (and those are just the booksellers) expounding the virtues of tincture over suppository, mayhap assiduous research and practice will reveal a Gold Standard! :-) Thanks atb L
