Sounds truncate in this sky

net of weighted branch,

 

dampens underfoot,

 

yet there seems more awe

in a Corvids’ caw

 

as snow falls.

I like the wordplay on corvine and covid, and yes snow falls as the body count mounts up.

such a small doodle to cause so much interesting thought! I mulled on why you might take that meaning from a whimsy on an early morn concentration of sound and immediate experience in a changed environmnent, then realised, I had put it there without overt intention, but yes, you clever sausage :)

That is the problem with writing in layers, sometimes ones own symbolism gets baked into millefuille to be discovered on consumption.
