Our Soil

O you:
Each shoot, a merry jest of the past,
How many drear days
Saddened memory;
Then you, dancer,
Warrior, child of light,
Spring, where souls dazzle
Again in your bright
Swathe of coloratura.
Three years of being shine
On our grim, burn scales
Of hurt to charred enrichement,
Let us grow.
