This day of parting came too swiftly -
Too many stories left untold:
Fly like a bird now if you want to,
For you're no longer frail, nor old;
Take our Mum's hand and watch from heaven
O'er us you love and leave behind;
Dear Mum and Dad, loved Nan and Grandad
You're out of sight, not out of mind.

Your way with words leaves me with tears in my eyes.
No doubt he is watching over his lovely family.
Bless you all

Simplicity results in beauty here, Linda. A really great piece.
