Angry Men and the Machine

Dear Sir or Madam,

My knowledge is limited due to the fact that I have not visited every
country of the world nor have I many degrees. My experiences are
limited to only 20 or so countries and a few diplomas. My knowledge and
wisdom comes from my habit of daily reflection plus multiple hard blows
to the head by life.

You will do well to listen to my ravings and judge for yourself at the
conclusion if there is any merit in what I pass to you. Your first
lesson is important.

Lesson One: How to spot a Mad Man.

Today's society pumps out many types of men. Men who are successful,
happy and destined for greatness. Others who achieve something less but
still manage to live a normal life. Then there are those that ride the
under current of society and life. Those that slipped by the teachers,
the coaches, the counselors, the doctors. The signs were all there.
They were dark young men. Men who were picked on until they did
something so outlandish that it was considered crazy to mess with them
again.

These are the men who grow up and became the postal employees who
eventually go beserk and shoot several people in a mad spree of
killing. Some work at 7-Eleven's, some pick up our trash still others
have become masters at adapting to society. They have become doctors,
lawyers, teachers, military professionals and pastors.

So how do you know if your neighbor or your doctor or whoever is not
going to wake up one day and start shooting up the neighborhood?

Here are some signs to watch for:

1. Reclusiveness

2. Just a quick wave and a plastic "How are you?" as they walk from
their car to the house.

3. Late night TV watching

4. Fenced yard

5. Limited visitors

6. Odd deliveries

7. Rarely see them at social events

8. Limited daylight ventures from the house.

Be careful! They are out there!

Do not worry. It's usually over before you realize you were shot.
