Didn't See That Coming.

Was thinking about the Queen today. She had been the Queen all my life. She was beautiful and all powerful. I had seen pictures of her from when she was very young, and when she became Queen.
Over the years I have watched her grow old gracefully. I always every Christ mas day watch her at 3pm, her words were poignant, comforting, and spiritual. She was one in a million, more than that!
Her life, was special from when she was young, she had the best of everything. Yet even though she was very rich, life wasn’t always easy. When one of her homes caught fire, that was awful. Her children most of their marriages, ended in divorce. There were sad times too when her Mum and Sister died, and her Dad.
It was a massive shock when we heard that the Queen had died! Some people, it seems that they will live forever! We have got 6 cats, we did have 7 but she was killed in a hit and run outside our home. Meghan has said recently that, “I don’t want Turmeric, to die.” He is her favourite cat; we all have our favourites. My grandson Darius said on a different day, “I don’t want Clarence to die,” To him I said, “Nothing and no one lives forever,” I reminded him of his other grandad’s beloved dog Mitch. Darius had known Mitch all his young life.
It was a huge shock to hear yesterday, that the King has got cancer! It is one of the things that no one wants to ever hear. He knew a few days ago. He even apologised for not letting us know sooner! He has nothing to be sorry for. We were told, “He had told his siblings and his sons.” I thought of Andrew, as he was again in the news recently. Harry, we hear will be coming over to see is Dad. That will be a comfort to him.
His treatment has started. We have been informed, “The cancer is not in the prostate.” I thought, I wonder if he waited too long to go to the Doctors? Well, he would not have to go, the Doctor would have gone to him. Whoever his Doctor is, he will get the very best of Care.
Have just heard that Prince Harry has now arrived back in the UK.
I wish him a speedy recovery.
