Employee Of The Month TODD!

My hardworking daughter goes abroad on holiday tomorrow. She had planned everything in detail down to the last item. She had been waiting for a very special purchase that she had treated herself to, but it hadn’t yet arrived. Still, she waited, and eventually she checked the delivery company’s website, and to her horror her precious item had been delivered, two weeks previous.

Stupid Todd he had shown where he had placed her £60 item, he had put it in our bin!!!! That was two weeks ago! WHY would anyone do such a stupid thing? Would he  like his things thrown in the bin? And worse still, this company doesn’t leave a card, to say where they have put it!

So, it was thrown away!! I was SO angry when Meghan told me. She showed me his stupid face, and she left him one star, I would have left him minus ten. She went on to explain, she had been waiting for this important item and only just saw the email today. The ‘clever’ company say, “You can only make a complaint up to five days later.” That is convenient! So, Meghan was unable to make a complaint, I said to her, “Write them a letter,” As there was no email address either. Meghan thought that was funny.

So, she emails the company that she had bought her £60 item from and explained to them what Todd had done, and they very kindly refunded her the £60 they should take it out TODD’S wages!!!

So, now she is going abroad tomorrow without her beautiful item. And today she said, to me, “My parcel should have arrived on Saturday, something small.” We were not at home but miles away, and she looked on the website and yet again Daft Todd had put this small parcel that would easily fit into the letter box into the bin again!

I’d already emptied the kitchen bins this morning and low and behold, under all that rubbish there it was!

WHY didn’t the daft idiot put it through the letter box?

yeh, I can see why your mad. But Todd's got a shit job. If his client isn't in, he has to take the package away and return with it. I'd guess putting it in the bin means he'd delivered it. For him, anyway, job done. Mininmal wage. Long hours. Many of them unpaid.

When you put it that way I suppose it makes sense. Sometimes I forget to put myself in the other person's shoes. Yet if the Company hadn't given Meghan her £60 back and I am Shocked that they did as it wasn't their falult that Todd threw it away, Then Meghan would have had lost a Staggering £60.Maybe Todd should look for another job as throwing items in the bin cant possibly give him any job satisfaction.

But the tiny parcel there was no need to throw that away for it was small enough to fit into our letter box. So I think he must do it to all the items he delivers, hopefully enough Customers will give him one Star and then with only one stars the Company can look into it and DO something about it.

Poor Meghan! I hope she has a wonderful time all the same. The delivery company needs to up its game or they won't last very long.

I DO feel sorry for Meghan, she wanted to take that item on holiday, not the refund. I DO hope all of Todd's parcels, that they are thrown in the bin too, so he will know what if feels like, and that like Meghan's items and other Customers who have paid good money for thier items, that too was thrown away in the bin and disposed of, that the same thing will happen to him, so that he can start  to Understand what his thorughtlessness ( I don't even  know if that's a word, if it isn't it should be). then and only then will the Company see a New Todd!!
