Meghan waited until Tuesday to contact Amazon, like they told her to in an email.

She was sitting next to me, when she went into her email, there was only one option, available to her, Refund. She clicked on refund and in a second she was given my money back!

No human contact, no conversation, nothing.

The thief bagged the £70 jet washer and Amazon lost £70. They didn’t even refund me, my £5 for next day delivery! I lost that.

Meghan reordered the jet washer, not for next day delivery, as that doesn’t work, and it will arrive on Friday.

Crazy!
