If You Go Down To The Woods Today .............

I had heard about it before, but I thought it was a joke, or the latest scam. But today I had a text, a very long text, sent to me, and apparently it is true.

That the Government is going to send an alarm to every mobile in England this Sunday the 23rd April, if we disobey there will be consequences. They want us to keep our phones on, and if we don’t our phones will be disabled.

Apparently, phone users will have to acknowledge the alert before they can use other features on their devices.

Women who are in a domestic abusive relationship have been informed to, “Make sure the secret hidden phone, that the alarm there does not go off.”

Some people, they are worried about 5g and health, damage to the brain.

The long text ends with advice to, “Go into the woods, away from people.” Due to the high frequency etc. I can just imagine, lots of people going there, and bumping, into other people.

Me, I will be at work.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm? seems like complete tosh. I didn't get this text. Nether did my partner. I bet £100 its complete rubbish. I'll pay it to ABCtales and send you the receipt if its true.

A £100 is a LOT of money. But IF it is true it will have gone to a good cause. I too hope it is a joke or a load of Rubbish. I am not sure if I wasn't working if I would bother to go out to the woods. If I wasn't working I would maybe stay home and watch Catherine Cookson. I start work 230pm and I think the Alarm Testing is supposed to be 3pm.

At the botton of my info there are two names have you Googled them?

Years ago when I was in my Teens and early 20's if I was 100% sure about something I would make a bet, and it would always be the same thing I would say, "I Bet you a box of Black Magic Chocolates, that I am right" The other person (who thought they were right) would always say, "OK it's a deal." But I only said that if I was 100% sure, so I always got my fav Chocolates.

But Tomorrow is something else...... you are betting £100, if I was still betting with chocolates I don't know if I would or not.  I have since heard they have done this in other countries, the Mass Alarms on everyone's mobile phones.

The first title in particular played to my prejudice. Freedom Alliance sounds exactly like a Nigel Farage neo-Nazi group of pro-Trumpan moran's moran group. 

But to be fair, you might well be right. £100 forfeit.

I have never heard of either of them, like I said, the text was sent to me, but not sent from the Government. I know Nothing about Freedom Alliance at all. Like I said, I hope it is all Fake. I don't know who Farago neo-Nazi group is either, all over my head.

Late last night before I went to bed I was reading something on the BBC website, a story and has I read to the bottom something caught my eye, it was the title UK Emergency alert system what is it and when is the test? By Thomas Morgan.

The person who sent me the text doesn not beleive in the BBC at all.

In the article Domestic-abuse Campaigners including charity Refuge warn "The test could endanger some Vulnerable people by potentially alerting an abuser to the location of a hidden phone."

The word yesterday that I was thinking of when I wrote the above was, I think it is a Hoak.

We will all see or HEAR tomorrow.

If I received a text like that I'd be having a word with the person who sent it to me Maxine because it's 100% scare-mongering nonsense and I hope it doesn't frighten any vulnerable people who think it is true

like I said to Celticman the text did not come to me from the Government but it was forwarded to me from someone I know. The full text is scary and although I am at work tomorrow I don't know if I would be tempted to leave the comfort of home and Catherine Cookson and go to the woods as the text suggest, if i was not at work tomorrow. I wonder how loud the Alarms will be? I wonder if 5g will be strong in the 'air'?
