He’s The A and R Man

He listens with his heart to the music in his ear

every song is a masterpiece for a sound engineer,

It’s got to be just perfect no matter how long it takes,

he lives and breaths the sounds ,

of all the music he makes

He sculptures every word and dictates every line

then adds all  the instruments and keeps it all in time .

He fills in all the spaces to make a bigger sound ,

he’s got to be the best A and R man around  town..

There’ are not many around , who can do things like this

He’s the A and R man and part of the music biz,.
