Abuse is a green eyed monster covered up with black slime

 and those who have created it are guily of a crime .

It makes me mad, to see people abused in anyway , 

like a superstorm I want to blow the badness away.

When I see people hurt it also makes me very sad.

Bullys in the workplaceare are the main reason jobs go bad .

Supervision with manipulation isn't allowed

no worker should be left to stand alone there in the crowd..

I've heard my colleagues cry and I've seen the tears that they've shed,

but one day they'll be laughing, there are better times ahead. .

When the storm is gone , life carries on , everything will change   

Some day soon all the gloom will become sunshine once again .
