Its Time For New Hope And A New Pope

The leader of the Catholic church resigned today -Its time to elect a new Pope .

Its Ash Wednesday tomorrow and lent begins .
In the Risen Lord we have hope .

This is our belief .
One day we shall rise again ,
but for now we need a new Pope .

There are many in the world who are confused
and have been abused .
Some cannot cope .

Many have been disappointed by those they trusted
and left without any scope .

Here in this present time the world needs to turn to the Lord and pray for the right Pope.

All over the world Catholics look from ashes
of the past to new risen hope .

Our prayers rise like white smoke from the world to heavens above .
Lord we need a new Pope .
