erase from my mind all the unkind people

who harmed me in days gone past .

Mother of deep sleep ‘

welcome to my dreams

where the echoes of my prayers

are always being cast .

Mother of deep sleep

be there like bolt of lightening coming through

healing me and helping me.

Mother of deep sleep

rewire my subconscious thinking

so that peaceful thoughts can come easily .

Mother of deep sleep

open up pathways in my mind ,

like a laser driven light to my soul .

Mother of deep sleep

In my waking moments

help me to be recharged

and always in control .
