The Stranger

Call him the stranger .

Is he a danger ?

Is it really true ?

So what did he do ?

He’s just a stranger .

It seems so unfair .

There’s no welcome there .

Yes he does exist .

He is in your midst .

Open up your eyes .

He’s marginalised  

and he’s  criticised .

He’s often despised .

He’s ignored as well .

He just cannot tell 

why they think he’s strange ,

and he cannot change ,

all you do and say , 

so he hides away .

No one talks to him .

He feels unwelcome  .

The stranger is you .

The stranger is me .

The stranger is who

you want him to be .
