Thoughts

Thoughts of love and thoughts of peace ,

thoughts of you just never cease .

Thoughts of then and thoughts of now ,

thoughts of when , where , why and how .

Where do thoughts come from , if they’re not part of you,

once you see that well you’ll know just what to do ,

take control of the thoughts that surround you each day

if they don’t belong with you sent them away

Thoughts I hear and thoughts that  I see ,

thoughts transcending down on me .
thoughts that run , silent and deep ,

some thoughts pass, others I’ll keep

Hold on to that thought and never let it go ,

everything's caught up in emotions you know ,

like waves on the ocean , on tides high and low ,

there is a peaceful place where thoughts come and go .
