What A Shame

Well ,it used to be a nice place to work all the same ,

Before bully tactics made the workplace go insane . .
The people put in charge had a supervisors name

Who brought all the problems telling workers they’re to blame .

It got worse everyday and the job became a pain

with the supervisor there part of a poison chain l

Supported by the management time and time again ,

The boss was in control and the workers felt ashamed ,

People started leaving and seeking a welfare claim ,

With no work reference and a black mark against their name .

They’ve brushed the dust from their and won’t return again .

And all that’s left with that employer is just shame , shame , shame ,
