You Died For Me

Jesus you died for me
and there’s no one who has ever come
into this world with so much love ,
tears fell Gethsemane so long ago before
and the final hour had come and gone .

Jesus you died for me ,
what can I say ,
words escape me ,
I’m overcome with what you done ,
you fell one time for me
and humbly picked yourself
from the ground and carried on ,
like a slave into the grave
you gave your life for me .
you died for me ,
that I may live eternally ,
the greatest love I’ve ever known
was shown by all that you went through,
you fell two times for me
you fell two times for me
and got back to your feet again
like a slave into the grave
you gave your life for me
you died for me,
so that I would be free and understand
that I am saved by the blood of lamb
that was shed for me on Calvary ,
you fell three times for me
you fell three times for me
you fell three times for me
on the way to Cavalry
and people they watched helplessly
like a slave into the grave
you gave your life for me
your love has never died ,
it will live eternally .

new mcscraic Hi! Thanks. But your other poem, without mighty one, wouldn't be doing all I can. Have and will do,down at prayer 8am. Spiritual side, and help in all,and to help others eventually. So much crops up now join and go and try!. Not at church nearly year, we both have lie in. Lazy! Mine is snooker captain,and then bowls!m and re-tire health! so I do my things,and he does his. Big shop fall mechanical,so foo here four four weeks,show going had be cancelled,can type! now and bruises cuts,more all healed,thos involved did pray! Not put in paper With Thanks for all involved. Ambulance 2 men q and tests! etc; buying something extra for a show Ray and I going,expensive too! But made it other week,Worthing show "Save The Last Dance" follow up, rock number sons,"DreamBoats And Pettioasts" managed get there weeks later at Theatre Royal Ray took me in and came back collect! Yes,I was taught like your other beautiful poem states all,so true! May read my now, poem "It was Divine Intervention" just like you,say,not so good as you,so keep praying and for all. x cavalcaderl julie
