Newtonian Therapy

An object in motion tends to stay in motion; that is inertia,
now apply this concept psychologically to take the notion further.
By referencing Newton's First Law, what I'm inferring
is when your mind has a thought the thought keep recurring..
Too many late nights at gravesides have taught me a lesson,
that an above average intelligence is more of a curse than a blessing.
Stupid people's brains can't comprehend emotional pain on a higher level,
unfortunately I can which leaves my mind dishevelled.
Inertia keeps the ball rolling unless an external force is applied and brings the ball to rest.
Similarly the mind must be stimulated to take it down another course,
slow descent to self-destruction or identification of the cause.
Self-belief is the key to self-understanding,
once belief is achieved you can identify the issue that you're handling.
Now that the figures are apparent the process is basic;
envision the result and follow the equation.
The next step of the process is ultimately imperative,
to avoid the schedules and routines that were becoming repetitive,
use fresh eyes and revitalise to avoid all that is negative,
analyse, self-prescribe, act as your own sedative,
by making a conscious effort you can put an end to this.
Physics and Psychology - two unrelated topics,
but when related to negativity, will empower you to stop it.
